1997 Lariat -auto tranny won't shift into 2nd HELP
I have a 1997 Ford F150 Lariat 4x4 pick up with a 4R70W AOD automatic transmission I know this by the TR code “U” on the door jamb.
When accelerating from a stop all is good while in 1<SUP>st</SUP> gear BUT then the tranny will not shift into 2<SUP>nd</SUP> Until wheel speed is up then it will shift into third gear, If I were to manually move the gear selector into 2<SUP>nd</SUP> it goes into 2<SUP>nd</SUP> just fine
.HELP?!?
Any Ideas?
Shift bearings, turn signal fluid?
