Oh Man... Greg Payson has my car hauler in Maine! he used it to haul some cabs and beds back there and has not made it back because of the weather. i told him to bring it back around thanksgiving to avoid the snow, but he had a few more firetrucks left to letter out.
I have to go to saddle brook in the morning but should be back by noon or so. PM me your Number and i will give you a call.

Gary, Is that a new one or rebuilt or as is?

Man sorry to hear about the tranny. Be sure that the new/rebuilt gets a new cooler and a good size one. Drop you a tranny temp sensor in the test port plugg of the Dr side of the top lip edge of the tranny and it should help you keep a close eye on the Temperature.

Gary is my re-builder, the cowboys who drive the ranch trucks I maintain haven't been able to brake one of Gary's transmissions yet.

Thanls Bart
I helped on a rebuild of mine a couple of years ago and every once in a while it has a shift flare.
I need to do a shift spring upgrade yet and want to increase the pan size too. I will keep you and Gary in mind in the event of another issue with it.

It is a new HD build. If your doing a shift kit I would use TransGo stuff. Ive seen too many other brands spring break over time.

Gary

P.S. Thanks Bart

Hi Bill,

Love the 66, my favorite year. My first truck was a 66 with a 390 and the old 406 tri-power intake. There is one for 2k on the Prescott CL.

I can build the C4. Stock or street?
