High beams wok low beams don't.

Well my right front low beam went out. Changed it and it still doesn't work but high beams do. Put the left bulb in and the same thing.

Any ideas?

1. how about a volt meter to check for voltage?

2. fuses.

3. DOA replacement bulb.

maybe the plug for the bulb.

I think there is a separate fuse (or relay) for each lo-beam
at least for my '05 Ex - not certain but I think I saw that in
the manual.
