Looking for 4.9L Inline 6 for my 85 F150

I have a 1985 Ford F150, and I am looking for another 4.9L I6 engine that will fit it. The engine can be running or not, I am looking for the engine so I can rebuild it for my truck.

I don't have a lot of money, but I do have some.

I am willing to buy it with $$$ or trade you something.

Does it have to be the 4.9? I know you can pick up 5.0's a dime a dozen.

Ohh almost forgot, when I was searching for an Engine for my truck My buddies dad was an insurance guy. He was able to search salvage yards inventory where they were price miles etc etc.

Might try your insurance guy.

I'm going up in my 85 due to aftermarket support for the 5.0 and lack of support for the 4.9.

Depending on how much of a hurry you are in. My 4.9 will probable be available soon.
