(I'll probably get yelled at for saying this...)It's ok to use ether if you disconnect the GPR... ether is only bad if it fires from one of the GP's being hot and causes detonation... that can lead to a costly repair.

yea i decided not to do it while down at school cause 2 feet of snow and constant 20 degree weather. luckily i got it started when i needed to go home, after an hr of cycling.
