55 Rear Motor Mounts

I need to change-out the two rear (left & right) motor mounts on my 55's 223 six. Will I need an engine crane or should I be able to place a jack undernieth bellhousing and slightly raise to releive pressure? It appears to be a pretty straight forward operation but I'm not sure on the correct way to do this without the risk of breaking something else. Appreciate any guidance.

Steve,
Yea just remove the 2 bolts for the rear mounts and then put a jack under the trans and raise up enough to r+r the mounts.

The original bolts had a safety wire thru the bolt that connected to the mount FYI.
