front hub bearing

just replaced a front hub bearing in my truck and was wondering if anyone has tried to rebuild one of them with new bearings? wanted to know if it was worth it? from what i can see they are pressed on so it should come apart and i have access to a press to put the new bearings in

put it in the press and push... see what happens. For some units they make replacement bearings and you can do that. Some assemblies are hard to get apart. Book says no, but i have heard the bearings have becomd available in the last few years and some have tried it.
