95 F150 5.0L OBDI / MAF truck, CEL flashes 4 times at startup.

I have to agree with Sling94. I had this same problem. The tuck had stumbling and stalling issues if the truck ever got wet as well. I had run over a piece of tire left on the road by an 18 wheeler a week earlier. My truck developed the same symptoms you are talking about. After a couple of shops and even a "performance" shop couldn't figure out what was wrong with the truck I took a Saturday to look at everything under the truck. I found it in 15 minutes what they had over looked for days. The tire carcass had grabbed the oxygens sensor harness and pulled the connector that fits in the O2 senscor harness out a little. One of the wires was not making a good connection. I had someone sit in the truck and start it while I did a "wiggle" test. I made sure the harness wire made a good connection while they started it. The problem was fixed. When I released the harness and let it dangle on its own then the problem returned. I suggest you get a new O2 sensor along with the harness. You can have a new O2 harness made at Interactive Systems & Technologies Mass Air Home Page or you can go to your local dealership and order a new positive battery cable. The O2 harness is attached to the battery cable so you get it "free". Getting it made is cheaper but you have to send the old harness to Mass-Air so they can clone yours. They do great work. I know about the battery cable because I ordered one to replace a cut up and cheaply made Advance autoparts cable. I now have a cloned O2 harness and a spare from Ford. I hope this helps lead you in the right direction.

I had the same issues and no stored codes, this might not help you but it pointed me in the right direction.
Check the EGR valve by unhooking the exhaust riser, sitting a dime on top of the pipe and reattach it to the EGR hand tight only this fixed my starting issues and told me the egr wasn't sealing properly causing a vacuum leak. Scouring the internet I found out that the flashing CEL at startup indicates a fuel starvation problem.
It's a free test because you get the dime back after
