I was just looking on craigslist. There is a guy parting out a F350.

It's not clear to me what part you want. Is something broken in that picture? If so I don't see it.

I also saw the ads on Craigslist.org, and there was another ad with a complete axle but it was over a grand, so kind of pricey.

If you need component parts, a boneyard like the Ecology center is probably your best bet.

If you want new stuff, www.partsguyed.com can get whatever you want.

Well, you want new U-bolts, not used, so that narrows the choices. Those should not be too bad in price. Any dealer should be able to get those, including the online dealer that I mentioned.

The rear hubs are still a boneyard option.

1967/85 F350's have Dana 70's.

Dana 60 rear axle: 1953/84, some 1985 F250's / 1979/84 F350 4WD / 1975/84 E250.

There are differences in these Dana 60's. How many splines do the axleshafts have?

The Sterling 10.25 replaced the Dana 60 & 70 mid-year 1985.

Rear hubs can be a b!tch to find as there are several different types. It depends on the year.

Ford only sold rear hubs separately for certain years. Other years required buying the hub/drum as an assembly.

Any spring shop can make up new U-bolts.

What 95 anything came with a Dana 60 front or rear axle? None.

No Dana 60's after mid-year 1985.

The 1990/2002 Ford Truck Parts Catalog has no listing for a Dana 60 front driving axle for this application.

Do you happen to have the Ford and/or Dana tag code number(s)?

Are you sure it isn't a Dana 50 Joe? The series number should be cast into the housing.

I need the actual tag number.

The Ford tag will be located under one of the bolts that retains the inspection cover to the housing.

The Dana tag is bolted to the housing...adjacent to the inspection cover.

I found an archived thread on Pirate where a guy was selling an axle with that number, and it was off of a '91 F350: dana 60 High Pinion [Archive] - Pirate4x4.Com Bulletin Board

Maybe that'll help narrow down the search.
