My winter projects!

Well school is over for the semester! I ordered all my electric fuel parts! most are already here and the rest will be here today. Ill start with converting it to electric fuel tommorrow!

I also just ordered 6 new tires!!! Goodyear DuraTac 235/85/16 load range E... should make the truck a little higher and ride nicer!

4NEW 235/85-16 Goodyear DuraTrac Tires 85R16 R16 85R on eBay!

And then I plan on taking the body kit off of it after the tires are on to see how it looks without the body kit...

here is a before picture!

I think that body kit looks good too. Looks pretty nice there for christmas time. Probably won't be too long before you want that 4x4 back though!

I don't like the body kits myself, but that is my personal opinion....

It will look like it sits higher without it, also look a little longer.
I had a dually (crew cab) and took off that stuff and I thought it looked a lot better.

I will be interested to hear how the electric fuel conversion goes, I will be trying that myself before too long.

Good luck! and enjoy!

Looks like you're gaining. So you're projects are elec. fuel, remove body kit (may be a good idea, can't decide), and tires. Projects are always fun. When you doing the 4x4 conversion?

I have a few to do on the truck too. Finish up work on dad and sisters race cars first then my truck. Want to take seats all out and clean it real good inside. New speakers (factory size replacements) and a cd player I got used from a member on here. Move batteries and install york air change gear oil and check/replace rear brakes.

Like I said, gotta love projects, that's what makes work worth going to!!!

Finished bracket!

Looks nice under the truck ill get some pictures of that later...

Still no leaks.... Been running it without the truck running for about a half hour now.... no leaks.... now I just need to wire it up correctly and make a mount for the regulator. So after dinner with the girlfriends family thats what I plan on doing. I started it breafly and it seemed to idle really nice at 60 PSI. I know have it set at 70 PSI though.

The regulator makes a kinda hissing noise, but no leaks yet...

Gonna shower go eat and i should be finished later!!

Two of my 6 tires show up today! the others tommorow!

This is the mount mounted under the truck, all plumbed and wired up!

Here is the regulator mounted and the truck running!

No leaks! But the truck makes 4-5 more pounds of boost in all of my tunes (kinda crazy IMO)...

Good job! That is strange that you gained boost with it, but maybe your mech pump was giving out.

I have been thinking of doing this to my truck, do you have a parts/supplier list or a link to where you got the info? It would be greatly appreciated!
