Welcome to FTE JerryG008 Did you buy this truck from a friend with the programmer or did you buy the programmer and install it on your truck? I would remove the programmer to eliminate any influence.

I bought the truck at an auction and the chip did not come with the truck. I also took the chip off the truck and tried to get it to start and it still would not start so i put the chip back on it to read the trouble codes and thats the codes that it threw. thanks for the replies.

P0113 and P0403 are circuit short to ground codes from what I read, so I would check the MAF and EGR part of the wiring harness around the drivers side front of the valve cover to start with. Possible you have a chaffing issue.
