3 of mine cracked as well. Definitely a problem with the 20" wheels

Ford didn't help, I love the look of the 20" Harley Davidson so I bought 6 spares of them, but I am on my last two spares and it has only been 7K miles since I cracked my last one so I gave up and bought a set of new 2016 factory 20" platinum wheels so hopefully these last

 

People who cracked their 20" wheels, what tires were you running? I always ran the goodyears but these 2016 20" factory wheels I have now are on michelins and the ride is a lot smoother, I like it

 

I think one thing I would be looking at it the tools and methods
that were used to dis-mount/mount the tires.
