Does anyone know the stock behind the seat 68-72 fuel sender ohms? I would like to use a Autometer 2897 universal sender with 240 ohms empty, 33 ohms full, as it is half the price of the LNC one. Anyone used one of these, do they bolt up to the stock tank??

 

Ford fuel sending units up to 1986 were around 8-12 ohms full and 70-73 ohms empty.
