Question VVT Question

What method does Ford use on the 6.2 for VVT?
-Phil, '96 F250 7.3L, E4OD, 4x4, 3.55 gears, DIY intake, EBPV gutted, 3" DP to 3-1/2" SP, 203° T-stat, 1.0 Turbine Housing, 288 kmi
'97 F250HD 7.3L XCLB, E4OD, 4x4, 3.55 gears, 3" DP to 4" SP, EBPV gutted, DIY Intake, 125 kmi
