No, there is no kit.
It will be a lot cheaper for you to have your 4r70 rebuilt by a good builder. And a lot less headaches.
Just to give you an idea,
you would need to have your front drive shaft lengthened and you back drive shaft shortened.
You need to buy the larger tranny , dipstick and dipstick tube , shift cable ,wire-harness , computer from that tranny , have it tuned to run your truck.
You need a different crossmember , you need to figure out the T-case mounting. You may also need the dash wire harness.
There might be something I'm leaving out but that's the best I can remember right now.
