I definitely don't want to disconnect it but rather be able to control it. Epic -- you would not believe how loud this thing is. Maybe I got one that has been juiced up, but I believe it is the same horn they use on those earth moving machines. When I first triggered it, sleeping babies were crying from a mile away!

It would have to be a LOT of tape I think we're headed down the right paths. Y2KPSD has disconnected his and I am going to spend some time figuring out a relay connection so it can stay intact and be turned on/off with one of the upfitters. Now that I know it has a Packard connector on it, I will try to buy one and wire it up.

I will post the backup sound once I can find a family member who is willing to get in it and put it in reverse. They are always a little tentative on my new cars and even more so on one that looks like it could go into battle!
