Wiper Shakers

Wiper Shakers
These are always a fun topic of discussion on the FTE board. As I'm getting ready to take delivery of my new 2011 E-350 XLT, I've been looking over available accessories. I notice that the Wiper Shakers are listed on the Ford Accessories site for the 2010 E-Series, but not for the 2011. Anyone have a guess as to why? I was under the impression that the 2011 E-Series is a straight carry over from 2010. Perhaps the site just isn't fully updated yet for the 2011's?
Additionally, I've read lots of posts here regarding the Wiper Shakers on F-150's and other trucks, but I still have yet to hear anyone really weigh in on whether or not they work. We don't get bad winters here in Nashville by any stretch, but already this year I've had to scrape ice of my windshield.
Thanks for the input,

Nice product. If you want to DIY: I checked with WS and got this info:
"SKR002 dual motor kit available for $97.63 via a credit card. Since we mostly sell through (Wiper Shaker) dealers we (i.e. WS) are not set up to buy "online"".
They didn't have a dealer in TN, the closest could be the one in MO.
Evidently they sell a lot to fleets.
