Fuel Leak on 2000 7.3

I had fuel in the valley between the heads and thought I had solved the leak when I tightened the four Torx bolts on the drain on the filter housing. WRONG!!! Still leaking. Can I buy a new gasket for the valve or is it like normal: you have to buy the entire housing?
