Another thing you will want to tHink about is gears. That's a often overlooked part of bigger tires.

Also, you can't link pictures from your computer. They have to be on a online gallery.

That's nothing to the 35 foot tires!

Were just messing Its ' for Feet and " for Inches.

If its is always on pavement body lifts are ok ... If its used for off road body lifts are a no go. suspension lift is always best.

acutally I would be more comfortable with a body lift offroad than I would on the pavement. Those things are crap. period.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the op might have also been wondering about clearance issues with the 3 inch lift and the 35's?... Maybe he'll chime in. If not then that's my question. Ha!

ok it has no lift on it now, with 31's. My buddy has the same truck with 33's and they rub with no lift, I want at least a 2in body lift but I think 33's would look stupid, 35's would look better? My dad and brother keep telling me 35's are too big, their saying go with 33's and once I get the 33's putting a 2inch BL.

Are you sure there isnt a body lift already on there? Thats ALOT of gap between the bumper and the rest of the body. Also, you should be able to fit 33's on a F150 4x4 shortbed with no problems in clearance or rubbing.

This is my old 90 EB Bronco with stock suspension, stock wheels, and 33" Maxxis Mudders. No problems with fender or bumper clearance, even when off roading. The only issue was the offset on the stock wheels wasn't enough and at full lock the tires would rub the radius arms, and that wasn't due to lift but to the wheel/tire combo needing more offset.

A body lift is not going to help the rubbing on the radius arms you would definetly need some wheels with less offset. Not sure how much but im sure someone here does. If you plan to use it off road i would just put on it what fits and wheel it until you can do a suspension lift and re gear and all the other stuff that should go with a bigger set of tires. Its really amazing what these truck will do in stock form with a good set of tires. plus you dont brake as much stuff.
