Right side tail gate hinges are nudged and cable has some slack now!

I'm not sure if you still have a question. But I'll comment anyway. I see damage to both the tailgate cup and the pin on the bed. I think you might need to remove the skin on the inside of the tailgate to be able to knock the cup back to straight. Or maybe it can be done from the outside. Can't really tell from this pic. On the bed side it looks like just the piece that bolts on is bent, and if you unbolt it I think you can hammer it back to straight.

All in all it looks like an easy DIY repair. Mostly just BFH work.

Thanks guys. I will try doing this over the weekend and post back.
Also, the ramps had been attached to the tail gate via a chain when loading up to prevent slipping backwards but sand underneath came loose because of high tides and the ramp rolled over half way through(I guess the wheels were not in center). It could have been worst but I have my helmet and belt on and my buddies were able to hold and push back the side by side.
