need help misfire codes

ok i have a 99 f150 5.4 last night is was raining out and the truck ran fine i parked it the rain turned to snow and we ended up with about 6 inches i went out this morning to start the truck and it had a dead miss i i dumped in a bottle of heat drove out to my shop about 15 miles so it got up to temp no change scanned it and it had 3 codes bank 1 too lean #2 missfire and #3 missfire a cople months ago i had a coil on #4 go out all the plugs were changed mid summer any ideas? i need to get this fixed asap

Sounds like #2 & #3 COP are going bad also.

ok i cleared the codes last night i just scanned it again 3 codes P1000 OBDII system checks incomplete P0171 System too lean bank 1 and P0302 cylinder #2 misfire detected

The lean condition could be cased by a vacuum leak. Check for that.
If you have new plugs , try replacing #2 COP.
The P1000 will stay there until you complete the Ford drive cycle. And will come back every-time you clear the codes or disconnect the battery.

To get rid of P1000 if you need to for inspection or whatever.

i will check that out tonight when i went to my shop last night the power was out so so i had no heat or lights all i did was grab my scanner

i pulled the 1 and 2 coils off #2 was full of water blew out the hole changed the plug let the coil dry switched 1 and 2 fired it up and 3 was missing got it up to temp and it went away cleared the codes and it has been fine all day thanks for all the help guys
