truck leaning

hello ford fans sorry for all the quest but this is the best and smartest people to ask. my truck from the rear has a slight lean from side to side. the passenger side is slightly higher. i have replaced all the shocks and about to replace the rear shackle. the truck has never been overloaded so there should be no warpage. now the passenger side leafspring is missing half of a leaf and i didnt know if this would cause it tio lean, also when i do decide to replace the spring i was wanting to replace them with 3/4 ton spring to hep ou when i do hail heavyer loads. what years would interchange? mione is a 94 150. also would thid hurt my ride or handleing and what other thing would i need to replace and what would be pros or cons? thank
