I just got reflashed at Ford - $80, took an hour. They flash the ECM, FICM and TCM at the same time. Two different dealerships gave me the same price so hopefully it'll be the same for you. Only real difference I noticed was easier starts and smoother running when the engine is cold. MPGs did not change, maybe went down, but the flashes are supposedly really good for the truck. Welcome to FTE!
