top and bottom of turbo pedestal orings

Hmmm did we goof?
when i reassembled motor, I pinched one of the bottom pedestal gaskets.
We realisedthis when cranking motor to start, an oil ran down back of block. we pulled up pipes and removed turbo from base. I thought it was to have two extra o rings left. but we also took turbo off of adapter( large square flange ) that needed the large two opening gasket plate. did we goof with the upper orings? My friend did the turbo r&r,wondering if this is causing my oil leak?

There should be two o rings between the turbo and the pedestal and another two o rings between the pedestal and the block.
