Jason, the H2E is no special turbo. It is a take off turbo from one of the big rig engines, I just can't remember which one right now. I will have to find that later. If you call and ask how much JUST THE MOUNTING KIT is for the H2E, you will be told $1800.. $2200 for the kit w/ the turbo. That makes it a $400 turbo if you look at it that way. I think it was the cummins L10 that came w/ the H2E?

Correct, Cummins L10 had the H2e on it. There is also a wastegated version of an H2e if someone felt so inclined... the HX55.
I almost made a move on a GT42 off a Volvo engine but couldn't get any good specs from the seller so I passed. It was DIRT CHEAP too.
