Box Weight Differences??

Right now my truck is a styleside but I picked up a truck with a flareside box on it. I'm thinking of swapping the flareside box onto my truck cause i just love the look of them. My question is how much more does the flareside box weigh than my current styleside? Only asking cause my truck is built to race and every 100lbs is 1/10th of a second in the 1/4 mile

What year flairside? The 87s are around 250lbs the 92-96 flairsides are about 300-325 but the rear is not where you want to cut weight unless you just want to do burnouts

You need to get rid of the grill guard to , on a race truck you want the weight over the rear tires not the nose...

I removed the AC. Replaced bench seat with buckets. No center console cause my B&M Z-Gate shifter doesn't leave enough room for one

I'd think a pair of bucket seats would weigh more than the bench seat.
