6 lb pully and chip

wondering if ya really can tell the difference when ya install a jdm chip and a 6 pound pully on a 2001 lightning?truck has 4000 miles and a cool air and boost by pass. what should the horse power be around at and the quarter mile time?

I have seen several new lightenings pull mid to high 12's with stock tires. They swear up and down that all they have is a chip. Some admit to a pulley. I see few lightenings at the strip that run higher than 13 flat now that I think of it.
