'02 X Trouble

Hey guys posting for a friend, '02 X will idle, no throttle response, gadges don't work, no dashlights or auto headlights. Thoughts????

Has he checked the fuses?

Its fuse 45 in the trucks that causes this b/c of short in wire for OD button in trans shift lever.

Thanks for the replies guys,my friend called me back and said it was a fuse,as soon as he calls me back I'll post up which one it was for sure.
