That was my main complaint when we got them for my wifes, the color wasn't close to the right tan for any Ford interior I've ever seen.

I just got them and I must say I am a bit disappointed. They fit ok, but they slide when you put lateral pressure on them.

Has anyone done anything to address this?

Well I don't see how the second row could move as it's just too big and fits really well. Can't say for the fronts, I use the cheap Kraco weather mats of heavy rubber. They don't move.

I have the tan ones and I don't notice them moving at all. The drive side has the pin on the floor to hold it in place. I have not noticed the passenger side moving at all either, but I don't sit over there very often, but I also don't hear my wife complaining about then either.

I like the Weathertech mats overall for the Expy EL. I agree the tan color doesn't look like the tan of any car interior I've seen, but it's not that bad and since it is somewhat dark, dirt doesn't show up too much. I would rate the front fit 9/10 and the second row 7/10. The second row 'over the hump' mat seems a bit too big from side to side and the bump-outs that go over the fittings where the seats mount to the floor do not line up - about an inch or more off. I brought this to the attention of the company via email and offered to send a photo showing the misalignment, but after many days they replied that they had sold lots of these with few complaints [and not interested in seeing the photo], so it was not worth re-tooling. It's not a really big deal since the seat mounts are nearly flush with the floor and I'm guessing Ford changed the positions of the seat mounts since Weathertech first designed the mat.

Weathertech 2nd row mat for 2010 Expy EL

Picture of Weathertech 2nd row mat for 2010 Expy EL that is not an ideal fit. Not a big deal, but not a "glove fit" either.

I understand that this is an old post, but I also have the weather tech mats, and am having the same issue with the passenger mat sliding around a lot when someone gets in or out. I wish that ford would have put an retaining clip on that side just like they did the drivers side. This bring me to my point, I am thinking of buying one of those clips from ford and seeing if i can somehow attach it to the floor on the passenger side and use that to hold the mat in place. Anyone have any thoughts or have tried this before with any success?
