Question factory jack and accesory question??

My 94.5 F350 had the jack mounted on the passenger fender well and the long rod thingy in front of the radiator when I got it. I thought it was complete until I looked at the driver side fender of my 91 IDI and I noticed a lug nut breaker bar mounted their? I thought everything was missing from my 91 so my question is where was this peice supposed to be on my 94.5? The best I can tell it was probably also mounted on the passenger fender along with the jack.

YOur lug wrench probably should be next to the jack if it's under the hood but different cabs had different storage options. Some are under the back seat.

On my 97 it is mounted right behind the jack, passenger side. You can see a hole where the lug nut end sticks into. From there is goes down a bit behind the jack then back towards the down pipe and through a hole protruding from the frame to secure the lower part. I'll take a picture if you need it.

If its not to much trouble a pic would be very helpful. I think I see the hole on mine under the jack where it should be.
