OEM-type replacement seat belts???
The seat belts on my '78 F-150 are faded and frayed, and the retractors don't catch when they need to in a wreck (I know - the steering wheel put a knot on my head years ago). Is there anywhere that sells high quality Ford OEM-type seat belts for these trucks? Thank you.

No. Nobody sells direct-fit replacements. You can have them rebuilt by a couple shops and you can install aftermarket belts that work. See these threads for more info:

Ford Seatbelts were made by several manufactures over the years.
American Safety, Allied, TRW, etc...
What is the manufacturer of your current belts? Should be located on the tag sewn into the belt, or stamped in the back of the buckle.
The 1980 and later belts wont, be direct bolt on, as there are differences.
