F250 to F350 Suspension Lift Upgrade

The only real difference is the 350 has a ~4" rear block compared to the ~2" block of the 250. Front and rear spring rates on both can vary depending on model/options etc.
Easy swap. Many companies make them. Readylift probably has the better quality kit or you could purchase the OEM parts from Ed the parts guy.
You will need new u-bolts for the correct block.

Sorry cgph4693, i should have provided you with a little more info.
If i am to guess your 250 probably sits about level or a bit low in the front because of your diesel. Most 350's as you may have noticed sit a bit low in the front anyway. Is this the look you want? or do you want it higher all around and more leveled out?
Many (including myself) do a ~2.5 " front level kit and the rear 350 blocks to achieve a so-called mini lift. If this is what you want then you need to research the type you want. There are many different types for the coil springs from poly spacers, aluminum lower coil spacers, "top hat" style upper coil spring spacers to the plain old spring swap. If you do any amount of aggressive off-roading i would recommend doing the coil replacement (Bilstien makes a nice BTS leveling lift) as the spacer type leveling kits are not "recomended" for off-road but will do ok on minor trails etc. . IMO the top-hat style is the strongest in the spacer deptartment. (Readylift and topguncustomz are a couple choices)
Typically once this is done you will want to go to a larger tire/wheel. Consider all your future expenses. Increased tire size will hurt mileage and performance. Other items will/may be required once you do any type of lift such as longer shocks, track bar drop bracket or adj bar, alignment shims, proffesional alignment, cost to have someone do the work or tools you may need to purchase if you do it yourself etc..
Including my tire purchase i was in about $2500
Here is a post i wrote a while back after i did mine.
