Air conditioning donor for 55 f100
Recently did the volare ifs swap and it was so cheap and slick that I was wondering if anyone had seen a heater/ac swap from a donor vehicle and if so, what? Thanks

I doubt that it would be worth it, trying to retro fit a unit from another vehicle, while far from impossible, is a lot of effort compared to a universal kit. Just my opinion.

A friend of mine put one from an 80's Crown Vic in his 56 he also used the ddrive train.

i`m using a chevy tracker a/c system, fits nicely under the dash except the deflector box in the center needs a little trimming

What year tracker? I have a buddy who owns like five of them. He makes into hunting vehicles.
