Adding Heated / cooled seats to an EB?

I'm looking at a 07 EB that doesn't have heated seats, It appears that it has everything else (loaded) Can this be added?

I had them added to my 08 EB. Any upholstry shop should be able to do it. Cost was $300.00 or there about.

They sell heated seat pads that the average DIYer can install themselves. I have read the cooling is just a small fan and after a while really does not cool because the area under the seat gets hot.

There vented seats which have a fan. And cooled seats which pull from the a/c. You cant put cooled seats unless you have rear vents thru a console (never been in a newer expedition) But basicly the little fan sucks air from the channels going to rear vents on the console.

The cooled seats in my 08 Limited work very well. Vacationed in the carolinas and the seats stayed nice and cold.
