summit shortys (pacesetters) supposedly direct bolt on. The stock flange on

my manifolds is 2" the flange on the headers is 2.5". Ive tried tightning them

as best I could but still leak anybody else had this problem?? Do they make

an adapter flange?

 

Yes i also had the same problem as you did the only way i got it to seal was to heat the y pipe up and bend it. I looked all over for adapters but could not find anything.

 

I had that problem with the BBK headers I tried to install a few years ago. They also did not line up right. The Hedmans had defictive welds on them, so I gave up on headers and just have manifolds. Its staying that way too. I know alot of people that have leaks and other problems with headers. As long as my truck is a daily driver, it will have manifolds.
