I got mine from a site sponsor,

Auto Accessories & Aftermarket Parts at AutoAnything | Truck Accessories & Car Accessories | Floor Mats, Tonneau Covers & Car Covers

They are always having promotions, and sometimes really good discounts for first time customers

I use the LTS W/ Powerslots.

The LTS seems to be the most popular pad although I have heard of folks getting the super duty pad

Another site sponsor to check out:

Sure, the Hawk pads will work with any brand of rotors. I just checked Hawk's website and it says the following:

Hawk Performance Brake Pads: Light Truck / SUV

Note:
Hawk Performance burnishes its LTS brake pads as a final step in the factory, but all brake pads have to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used against. Properly bedding-in new brake pads results in a transfer film being generated at the pad and rotor interface to maximize brake performance.

I just put Hawk LTS pads, with Napa Ultra Premium rotors, and am very happy with the results. I had to jam on the brakes today, and came to a stop pretty quick.
