76 Bi-Centennial edition F-100

Just over 50,000 miles. How many are out there and it is a collectors item?

Eagle Decals:

how hard are they to find new one's.. This truck is in great condition and only has about 50k. Great truck but I don't know how much it is worth. Gradfather died and left it.

Do you know anything about the Bi-Centennial Edition and if it is a rare truck? Thanks

Try doing a seaching for "bicentennial" on this site. there seems to have been someone ask that about a year ago. I tried a yahoo search and i to am wondering about these things. I have found 2 different versions: some with the american flag on the side, some with an eagle. which version do you have?

It would be hard for me to get pictures now because the truck is still at my grandfathers house, and may be for a while. I will look into it though. Thanks for the messege. I found one in the classifieds and tried to get ahold of the guy but have had no luck as of yet.

I found one a while back on this site in the classifieds section but it was all beat up and had a lot of miles, but that is the only one that I have seen besides the picture that is posted in this list. We need to get rid of it to settle the estate. If you hear anything else I will check this periodically. Thanks

I live in Missouri, and I have only seen one bicentennial around here. I will own it next week. It's blue/white with the eagle graphics, short bed 2WD with a 302 / 3 speed on the column. I don't know if that's the original powerplant, but I don't care, I have a 429 ready to go. This one runs and drives, but needs a few things. It's straight as can be and not too rusted out. It has a mesh screen across the back glass on the inside that says "spirit of '76" or something like that (is this part of the bicentennial package, or something someone has added??). Also has the emblem on the glove box lid with eagle and red, white, and blue, and has totally different wheels than I've seen (these may be some older aftermarket wheels...not sure). I have searched for production numbers and information about these and haven't come up with much at all. If anyone knows where to find this information, please share.

The one that I have is an automatic and it is the 2wd with the 6cylinder. I don't think that the mesh screen is factory and I am not sure about the wheels. The wheels that mine has I have seen on other trucks of similar years. This truck is in amazing shape. It is is basically all original. Based on what you are paying for yours do you have any idea of how much mine might me worth?
