94 ford f150 heater problems.

When i go to move the temperature **** from cold to hot it seems to get stuck in the middle and will not go to the hot side.It feels like somthing is blocking it. I can hear the flap moving back and forth when I move the **** from cold to middle. Is it possible the flap is getting caught on something? Where is the flap located at? How hard is it to get too?

It is behind the glove box take it out and remove an electrical control box for I don't know what. You should then be able to see a cable that loops around and hooks to tha top of the heater box. remove cover and you will have access to heater core and blend door.
