when i turn them on the stay on in the cab and the bulbs. where is the flasher element on out trucks.

 

By your left knee.
Remove the cover and you will see it and the in cab fuses.

 

Mine do that every now and then. Just pull the flasher out and tap it on the steering wheel a few times and put it back in. They should start flashing again. When you pull the fuse cover off, the flasher is in the lower right hand slot.

 

You fixed my blinker constant "on" problem. Removed it, tapped it a few times, replaced and works like new. Thank you.
