Newbie 4 Speed Swap

Newbie 4 Speed Swap
Hey guys Ive got an 78 f250 4x4 with a 460, c6, and 205. Ever since I got the truck IVe been dying to put a 4speed in it. I managed to find an np435 with the 400/351m bellhousing and correct transfer adapter for 75 bucks! Then the next day I found what Im pretty sure are the exact drivelines i needed for 30 bucks. So now all I need are: the pedal assembly, all the linkages(which i know almost nothing about), the flywheel, the clutch, and pilot bearing. Let me know if im missing something. So my questions are
Whats the best way to go about getting all the linkages for the clutch? And any good diagrams anyone might have would be extremely helpfull.
Can I just pull the whole pedal assembly from any 73-79 truck?
Its my understanding that the flywheel has to be a 390 flywheel and whats the best way to get one of those? And would using a 390 flywheel require a different stater?
Can I use any 390 clutch with it? Or does it have to be an 11in?
I keep reading conflicting stories about whether or not the front shaft is too long requiring a spacer between the bellhousing and block, or cutting the shaft, or can i just use a 302 pilot bearing to remedy this? like this one- Timken Clutch Pilot Bearing
Those are the only qustions i can think of for the moment but im sure ill come up with more. And as always any tips about anything are always very appriciated. Ive never done this before so im on a steep learning curve. Thanks again guys you always pull through for me.
