Snow Chains for F250
Hi,
what do you guys think about this set of snow chains?
Laclede 3210 - Tire Chains | O'Reilly Auto Parts
They will be for mt father in law 06 F250 XLT PSD 4x4: we are going up to the sierras next week and they are expecting a ton of snow. I think he has regular all-season hwy tires, which might not have enough bite

I am just about to pick up a set of those.
V bars would have more bite. V BAR TRUCK CHAINS
I think they will be fine or occasional use on quasi plowed roads.
Don't forget, going up is the easy part.

I do not know why. But I remember signing sometype of document during the finance stage of buying my truck. Which stated that I can not use chains. I do not know why. Have to do some research. Any body heard of this. And yes I did not think of asking them at the time, I just wanted to get out of there and drive my truck.
