No pictures of them actually working, but they have work gear on.
The Extended cab is a 15 and the Regular cab is a 16. Love them both

Watch the video at the bottom of this linked page. Pretty slick.

Watched the video and only in California would a clean truck like that work that little. So a load of sand pays the bills then off to pickup kids for the rest of the day? Wish it was that easy lol. Sick idea though I like it just no need for it on my end. I'm gonna laugh the day that skid steer hits the side of that pavement queen. I'm thinking he can afford to fix it.....

I think it's an occasional need when they may need that one yard extra. Thats not a dedicated "work" truck.

Crew calls and says they need a yard of sand. He can easily get it without pulling guys and a truck off the job. Easier to dump and leave then shovel it out. Major needs will be done by major dumps, not an F350.

But yea, one bump from a machine and that bed will crumple. Besides it not looking factory, a dump insert is a better choice. But if you want the pickup look then these kits get it done. I'd be afraid of the bed steel not holding up well if you're a little heavy and dumping.

That sure would make it easier to change a fuel pump.

I finally had a chance to try out my Plat with a lil' trailer behind it. I drove about 300 miles round trip to hook up with buddies and ride in the black platinum with the 41' gn enclosed. My lil 7x12 Haulmark pulled like there was nothing behind the pickup. Averaged around 12 mpg running 70-80 with some wind.

Nice looking rig! Love the color

Yes I wouldn't think the 7x12 trailer budged your truck. I have a older 8x16 built 2000 seems a littler heavier than newer trailers and when I pull it with my DRW I can tell its there but doesn't phase the trucks capaibikites.

I was looking into it myself but hacking up the frame a little and all the fab work would require me to have a shop do it.

I'd rather have a dump insert. I think with eZdumper you can use the factory bed bolts with retaining straps or at least bolt holes and one drilled hole to mount it. Plus it would be much thicker steel to take the abuse. You just don't retain that factory look.

If money wasn't an issue I'd look at an aluminum one. But with the cost of those (near 5k) I'd rather buy a cheapo 10k dedicated dump truck and leave my truck as the pavement queen/trailer hauler.

Not working hard, but only Ford on the trip.

The first pic is post trip, after the tilt-a-whirl had a weld let go.

Trip was in August, was going through phone making space and saw these and thought I'd share here

The tilt-a-whirl looks scary as hell! I have to give you creativity points for re-using that jeep axle though
