Thanks! Took a few years to find a decent setup that was able to be easily removed if I needed the dump trailer for other jobs.

I fabricated the mount for the leaf loader myself. Not bad for a complete novice welder.

Yes sir, Turf Tracer indeed. Don't mow a ton so it's got quite a few years on it. Good eyes.

My super duty doing another day of work

Nothing like hearing that diesel roar and that unmistakable sound of the turbo spooling heading up the windy hills with some round bales.

Getting a load of round bales for our horses.

Hmm somehow I just now saw this thread lol. Well I haven't done any real crazy working with my super duty yet. But I have gotten a few loads of firewood.

Very nice, I would like to purchase a dump trailer at some point and outfit it similar to yours for clean ups, I was looking at a new turf tracer but exmarks pricing is getting to be ridiculous, might as well buy a stander or a z.

I love my dump trailer, but would rather have a dump truck vs my pickup. If I could do it again I would order a custom dump trailer with some features I'd want.

Yea, mowers are ridiculously priced. $12k for a nice Z and lawns that go for nothing. But that's a conversation for another site.

Today, I am taking 6 logs to a local saw mill to have made into 2x4s, 2x3s, and some 1 bys. The logs are straight, clear, and what I believe to be Western Red Cedar that supported a 69kV transmission line running across my property. When they came through to replace them with steel poles, I asked if I could have some. They left me the ones from my property and surround properties!

According to a log weight calculator, there is about 2,000 lbs-worth here.

Haha, true! My 250 has the overload spring like a 350, and sitting here in the parking lot, the rear of that spring is certainly engaged, but the front is about half an inch from engaging, and there is still a bit of travel yet until the bump stops. It makes me wonder if I should upgrade to F-350 blocks in my rear suspension so that it would sit more level in these circumstances.

Maybe that would be the thing to do. My truck sits higher in the front end than most, so I wonder if I would end up with an odd rake angle. I think it has the heavier front springs on it. When unloaded, I'd say the truck is perfectly level. I guess I'd have to get new ball mounts, though.

not really... of what ive heard its about an inch difference between the f250 and 350 blocks in the back.. and ive only ever used straight ball mounts on mine.. never been an issue hitching up..
