Here's a pallet of grass sod.
My wife and I ended up going back for another to finish up our yard. The dude at the grass farm said a pallet of grass weighs ~2000lbs depending on the moisture content. It sure made my truck ride smooth! haha

A professional question here, I'm a landscaper and have never seen slab cut sod, is that because of southern blend grass? Up here in Ontario, Canada sod is all rolled and stacked.

I honestly don't know!
All I know is that in my experience and from my area and for the last 20 years, Grass has always come in a square pallet. Interesting.
