Isn't quite up to par with Dan's boat pic but it is working, slightly :-) hopefully within the next couple weeks I can get my buddies gooseneck or dump and finish my project. 3 large oaks fell and time to clean up the mess and dispose of it

Thanx for the Kudo's guys. It's a 28ft boat with a beam of 10ft. It's our camper on the water and we certainly enjoy it. If we get sick of the view, we just move to a different spot...LOL.

Here's a few pics of a load of firewood we took out to the campgrounds last weekend. Not a whole lot of wood, but still "working" I guess.

Loading the wood up with our Ford 555 backhoe.

Here's a video of the truck pulling out of our driveway, with the wood.

Jon sounds and looks good. Nice backhoe. Also that is almost the sound our 02 V10 makes just quieter.

Thanks, Trav. I've always loved the look and sound of my Dad's truck. You can't beat the sound of a 6.0, I smile almost every time I hear it. And yeah it is a pretty nice backhoe. Its a little old, the oldest my Dad's company has, but its always been pretty reliable. So... are you saying that my Dad's truck is louder or quieter than your V10?

The old backhoes are the best Jon. I don't care for many newer ones when you operate them you will understand why. Your dads truck is louder then our V10 but not to much louder. Unfortunetly I don't have a video of the truck moving when it is in park it isn't the easiest to hear on video but you put it in gear and get on her that's when she screams like your dad's truck does but usually you don't need to get on her when I went to mammoth Arizona up and down the hills my dad wasn't on the gas and no cruise towing a heavy trailer with a scrap trailer on top (can PM pics if you want) was doing 70 most of the way my buddy in his 99-01 dodge 1/2 ton V8 4x4 was towing just a light duty trailer like the one we usually tow and couldn't keep up my brother was in the truck with him and he said that the truck was screaming up and down the hills.
