Extended-cab shortbed 4x4?

Alright so I have a 77 f250 single cab long bed. The bed on her is shot and the cabs starting to go however the frame is real strong and the 460 in it is a jasper crate with under 10k. How hard would it be to put an extended cab on here with a short-bed? I dont think ford every made a truck like that, but ive seen one or two float around on here. Thanks for any help at all!

I used a 73 highboy frame with a 77 2wd supercab. There are some mods that have to be done for it to line up properly. Front cab mounts line up but need 1 1/2" body lift for the fenders to line up. The rear mounts are in a different place. I removed them & used 3" body lift mounts & relocated the holes in the cab to mount directly to frame. Also have to cut a hole for the 4wd shifter. I got a tranny cover hump from a donor 4wd & traced & cut the hole in the super cab. I'm not done with it yet, so I'll let you know if anything else pops up. Feel free to ask any question
