Could it be that you are calculating in Imperial gallons and not US gallons?
If so US gallons would look like this: Around town 496 miles and 23.27 gallons (21.3 mpg) and highway 421 miles 19.14 gallons (21.99 mpg)
Just a thought.
He hasn't responded back, but I'm pretty sure his odometer was set to kilometers, and he is buying US gallons. The numbers match within a very small margin of error, otherwise they are illogical.
I just put the black max and dpf delete on my 2010 cc 4x4 drw truck and am very impressed. Some post on here have said something about changing the torque converter lockup to 65 mph. Mine does around 45 or 50 mph. What is the reason for this?

the sooner the lockup (within reason), the less engine rpm wasted thus better mileage..
I also would like to hear anything anybody knows for the 6.0. I am less then two weeks away of purchasing a mini maxx also getting the EGR delete done. My main concern is how the tranny will hold up to the mini maxx. Has anyone had issues??
