front end sag on my F350

I am looking into getting new leafs for my 93 F350 idi turbo cc. The front leafs are almost developing a negative arch and the front sits noticeably lower then the back. I woujld like to achieve a more level stance. What springs would work for me other than getting oe replacements? Do the newer superduty leafs work on our trucks? just for clarification it is a 350 so its d60 front. thanks

Cheapest/quickest--buy some replacement springs

Best/coolest--Sky or ORU Shackle Reversal kit with SD V-code springs. The SD springs are about 4" longer so the spring mounts have to be moved.

Check the shackle bushings, the ones up inside the frame at the front. They are often overlooked and can easily cause the front to drop like an inch.

my bushings seem to be good. the springs seem to have developed a negative arch to them similar to the ttb f250 setup, so im thinkin its the leafs that are tired

If your looking for cheap and easy, the best shot is to just add a leaf to your spring pack. Somewhere, somebodys got some older chevy springs. Half ton to one ton would work, and chevys always had more arch in their springs.

Once you have picked out the one or two springs you want to add to each side, take out your ford packs and take them apart. Don't worry about saving the center pin, you WILL replace it with a bolt. Once the leaves are separated, put the chevys in wherever they fit (shorter than the one above, longer than the one below.

Now comes the fun part. Using about a foot long rod the size of the center pin, align all the leaves. Leave the rod in while you crank down on c-clamps on either side of the rod. once the pack is together, pull the rod off and put in a new center pin (a grade 8 bolt will work, and you may have to round off the corners of the head and nut)

Reinstall and enjoy.

i just put in aal's in my 96 f-350 cc 460 d-60 front. imo it made the truck ride better. people say it will make your truck ride like a skateboard but honestly its nothing like that.
its firmer but not harsh. maybe the rancho 9000s helped

anyways it pulled my truck up level and was simple.
