Need Info on Crate Motor Builder

Tried in a different forum and got no joy. Thought I'd try here since you guys are the most reliable.

Does anyone have any knowledge of The Horsepower Shop (thehorsepowershop.com)? Good? Bad? OK?

I'm considering buying an engine from them but have never heard of them.

IIRC, awhile back, someone posted their "Black Mamba" link in the 7.3L forum and it was critically panned.
