1965 F350 onto 95 F150 shortbed chassis

Hey fellas,
I've finally decided what route I'm heading and today I picked up my new chassis! It's a 95 F150 shortbed 2wd chassis. I plan to pick my body off the '65 F350 chassis this winter and set it down on the garage floor to do some floor work on it. After that, I'll clean up the frame with a wire wheel on the drill. I'll set the body on the frame and see what kind of mounts I have to make. I'm no expert, but I think I should be able to fabricate body mounts with our 110v Lincoln welder. After the body is on, I'll have to see how my 352 lines up in the engine bay and have a professional mobile welder come by and make me some motor mounts. After all welding is done, I'll clean the frame again and paint it up with POR-15. I've never used it, but I hear it's good stuff. Once the engine and body are all together, I'll build another wood flatbed for this rig and start collecting parts to convert it over to 4x4. What's nice about these newer frames is that the 80-96 F150's can be swapped from 2wd to 4x4 Dana 44 TTB because they use the same brackets. A true nut and bolt swap! Plus, you get an indepent coil-sprung front end. Talk about a nice ride!
Of course, what's a build thread without some pictures!?
Here's what I'm shooting for. I did some copy and paste in Microsft paint and this is what I came up with.

Here's my 85 bringing home the new frame. The flatbed on this 85 is what the flatbed on the 65 will look like. I really like the versitality of the flatbed for working. Plus, it gives me time to find a flareside bed for the future!

Whatcha guys think?

Sounds good, but I am still trying to figure why you just didn't buy a 4x4 frame to start with???...

Dman, I envy you for putting a '64 body onto a '75 frame, which is what sent me searching on a frame swap!
This chassis was only $100 off craigslist, tough to pass up! It's been tough to find an ideal chassis during the searches, a lot of rusted out frames and finding a shrotbed 4x4 is tough in general. This particular frame is in great shape as far as New England frames go. I'll run it as a 2wd while I collect the front end, transmission/transfer case, and front driveshaft for the swap.
